INTRODUCTION

When you find a potentially appropriate list, we want you to go through it and see the listed items as doors into different possibilities. As you open the different doors, keep in mind that there is no one-size-fits-all. Our hope is that in the exploration of our lists, you find a few tools here and there that can help you cope with whatever it is you are going through.

And before we begin, we suggest you bookmark this page as we promise to always get back to it for refinements, additions and improvements. Preferably, we’d have a comprehensive list of ALL-FILIPINO channels (to keep it more truly relatable). And for the lists we couldn’t fill, we might included foreign channels labelled blue.

This is NOT a sponsored list. If you know anyone that you think should be added to this list, please reach out to us! That said, we currently seek the help of a copywriter who can make all of this easier to digest and a collaboration between an artist and a flash programmer than can turn this into an interactive tree.

  • DSWD provided cash to different families. Their breakdown is on their website.
  • ILOSTMYGIG.PH is collecting data on the financial loss of freelancers.
  • NCCA attempted to reach out to artists to provide financial help. We were reached but we never got the release. Their expenses are published in their transparency seal.
  • PAGASA feeds different communities.

This section needs as much content as possible. All leads are welcome.

 

INTERNAL CONFLICT

Some of the doors below will lead to social media content, but to be completely honest with you, if your problem is internal conflict, consuming less social media content would probably be better for you. Often, what you will really need to do to start your journey of healing is to take control of what you allow to affect you. And for a lot of people, social media is a good start.
